BRSCCNW Awards Dinner Dance 6th March 2010

The BRSCC North Western Centre held there annual dinner dance on Saturday 6th March at the Park Royal Hotel, Stretton, Nr Warrington. The evening is a thank you to everyone involved in the BRSCC North Western Club, the marshals and other people who helped run the racing events at Oulton Park and Anglesey through 2009, also it allows us the chance to see the winners collected the BRSCC North Western awards, plus championship trophies in the North Western Club Formula Ford 1600 Championship and the XR Challenge.

The BRSCC North West Committee would like to give a big thank you to Jan Gower who kindly gave up an enormous amount of time organising the venue, entertainment, administration and working very closely with the hotel making sure everything went to plan. Our thanks also to Graham Lindley and family who arranged the collection of the auction and raffles prizes kindly sent by all, and most of the day at the hotel setting the room up for the evening. Of course we mustn't forget the ladies who helped to sell tickets on the evening and everyone else who helps make the event happen.

This year with the help of all the Auction and Raffle prizes kindly donated you raised over £3000 towards the fluid warmers for intravenous fluids, new overalls and associated clothing for the BRSCC North Western Rescue crew, which is an amazing result in these hard times.
