It has been confirmed that the BRSCC North Western AGM will take place 7.30pm on Tuesday 23rd March at the Daten Sports Club, Charnock Road, Culcheth, WA3 5SH, If you are a BRSCC member you have the right to attend the meeting and any resolutions for discussion or nominations for the committee should be sent to Ray Sumner (Hon Secretary) at address below, we look forward to seeing you there.

Below is the first copy of the 2010 volunteering form for races at Oulton Park and Anglesey though you may have heard snippets of information the Anglesey meeting on 10th April is still provisional and BRSCC North Western have been officially ask to assist with the winter race on 28th November at Anglesey Race Circuit, I'm sure you known by now that things change overnight but please return the form through the normal channels as explained on the form asap and we thank you for your support this season.

Arrangements are well under way for this years centre dinner, to be held on 6th March at the Park Royal Hotel, Stretton Nr Warrington.

Jan Gower is sending out the invitations which should now be falling through your letterbox. If you are planning on staying at the hotel for the night then please remember to book you rooms early as they are going fast.

Mention the BRSCC when booking to get a special rate of £75 for a double/twin or £70 for a single (breakfast included). The hotel can be contacted on 01925 730 706

Again as last year we ask for your help in raising money towards equipment for the BRSCC North Western Rescue Unit and thanks to all of you who brought tickets for the raffle and auction prizes last year that where kindly given by people for the event we raised £3,300.00 towards a new Defibrillator for the rescue unit, this year we are looking to raise enough money to by fluid warmers for intravenous fluids and new overalls and associated clothing for the rescue crew we would really appreciate you looking at the attached letter and any help would gratefully received, many thanks in advance from the BRSCC North Western Club.
